Randolph Communications Prohibits Walk-in Traffic

To our RC customers:
Randolph Communications is open for business and is a critical industry that remains fully engaged to help our customers. However, in an effort to protect our customers, employees and their families’ health, we are taking additional precautions by prohibiting walk-in traffic at our business office effective Wednesday, August 18 at 8:00 a.m.
If you need to meet with a staff member, pick up a router, drop off a computer, or sign up for service, we will take these by appointment only. Please call 336-879-5684 or email csrep@rtmc.coop to schedule an appointment. Our Customer Care Specialists will still be available by phone during business hours to assist with service questions.
We strongly urge our customers to access your account remotely to make payments, make changes to your services or apply for service. Remote access and applications can be found at www.rtmc.net.
Our drive through locations will continue to operate on our regular schedule and drop box locations are also available at each location.
We recognize that this action my cause some inconveniences; however, it is in the best interest of our customers and employees. We appreciate your patience and your commitment to everyone’s safety, and we pledge to continue to support you as we go through this together.
