By accessing the wireless network, you acknowledge that you’re of legal age, you have read and understood and agree to be bound by this agreement.

The wireless network service provided by Randolph Communications and the property owners is completely at their discretion. Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to: violation of this agreement, actions that may lead to liability, disruption of access to other users, networks or third-parties, or violation of Randolph Communications acceptable usage policy or violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Randolph Communications may revise these TOS (Terms Of Service) at any time. Randolph Communications acceptable usage policy is posted on its website at (www.rtmc.net/policies).

You agree to use the wireless network for any purpose that is not unlawful and take full responsibility of your acts.

The wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

You must accept this agreement each time you use the free Wi-Fi service.
