Randolph Communications Donates to Nine Local Food Banks

Asheboro, NC – Randolph Communications held their ninth annual Food Harvest Drive during the months of October and November, collecting non-perishable food items at their two offices located in Asheboro and Liberty. Donations received for the Food Harvest Drive were matched by Randolph Communications, which totaled 16,444 non-perishable items. All items were donated to nine local food banks in their service areas.

• Liberty Association of Churches, Liberty, NC
• Robbins Area Christian Ministries Food Pantry, Robbins, NC
• Salvation Army Food Distribution, Asheboro, NC

Randolph Communications partnered with Lowes Foods for two weeks in October, who graciously donated multiple items of non-perishable food. Companies such as Pinnacle Financial Partners, Movement Bank, First Bank of Asheboro, Walmart of Asheboro, Central Bakery, Food Lion (East Dixie Drive), POST Consumer Brands, Stonetree, PIP’s Printing, Nutrition Xtreme, Liberty Tire, Liberty Grounds, Randolph County and Randolph County Sheriffs Office all showed support to the food drive by setting up donation boxes at their business locations.
