RTTI is the long-distance subsidiary of Randolph Telephone, created to offer customers a reasonable, affordable long-distance calling option. RTTI offers several long-distance plans to choose from. These plans apply to both our residential and business customers, and are included on your local phone bill.

RTTI Basic Plan

  • No monthly fee.
  • Calls are billed in 30-second increments.
  • Peak hours are 7 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. M-F
  • Off-peak hours are 7 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. M-F, weekends and holidays

BASIC RATE PLAN

All International calls are billed in 60-second increments. Rates to various countries may vary significantly.

FLAT RATE PLAN

RTTI charges customers a $3 surcharge each month, and all calls are priced approximately 15 to 20 percent less than the basic rate plan. All International calls are billed in 60-second increments. Rates to various countries may vary significantly.

How to Make Station to Station Calls

  1. Dial the International Access Code (011)
  2. Then the Country Code
  3. Then City Routing Code
  4. And the Local Number

OPERATOR-ASSISTED CALLS

Follow the instructions given above for person to person, collect, calling card & calls billed on third number, but dial 01 instead of 011 for International Access Code. the operator will come on the line to ask for information such as the person you are calling or calling card number.

CALLS TO CERTAIN POINTS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Calls to certain points outside the U.S. can be dialed in the same manner as long distance calls but are subject to International rates. Simply dial “1” plus the appropriate area code and the local number. These points are as follows: Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Us Virgin Islands and some other U.S. Territories.

We offers four (4) toll-free calling plans to fit every need. Toll-free numbers are $5 per month plus the associated per minute rates for any inbound calls that month. The calls are billed one month behind (like toll charges) and the $5 is billed one month ahead (like local telephone service). There are no usage minimums. Our toll-free numbers are perfect for:

  • Families wishing to keep in touch with relatives in other states
  • Businesses with customers outside the local calling area.

  • After 22 years of tolerating diminishing service quality from Brightspeed and it’s most recent predecessor, Centurylink, we have finally gotten static free telephone and high speed internet from Randolph Communications. We were pleased when we saw the contractors installing the fiber optic cable, but we had no idea how good the service would be! From our first call to sign up as customers, we knew times had changed; our call was answered on the fourth ring, and a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING, who spoke English, took our call. I am not kidding you, I know it’s hard to believe in this day and time, but we were NOT put on hold and forced to listen to mind numbing music for 30 minutes with interrupted announcements that our call was very important and would be answered by the next available operator. We talked to real people and set up our service in minutes. The next surprise was when it came time for the service to installed. The TECHNICIANS CAME ON THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, and THEY WERE ON TIME! They were courteous, well groomed, gentlemen who went out of their way to get our service installed just the way it would serve us best. They did not track dirt into the house, they closed doors behind themselves, cleaned up shavings off the floor and turned off lights when they were finished. As a final note, the cost for static-free phone service, and internet that is 10 times faster is less than we were paying before. In addition, all the wiring is buried, so service will not fail after every thunderstorm. I know that everyone reading this will think it is a work of fiction, but all you need to do to validate it is to call them. If you are not in their service area, perhaps you should move.
