Randolph Communications Awards Nine Students with Scholarships

Asheboro, NC –Randolph Communications, an advocate for education and rural development, is proud to announce the recipients of its annual scholarship program aimed at fostering personal growth and community investment. Nine outstanding students have been selected to receive scholarships each in the amount of $1,000, assisting them in pursuit of their aspirations and furthering their education.

The scholarship recipients were chosen based on their exemplary academic achievements, leadership potential, and dedication to creating positive change in their communities. Each recipient has demonstrated a commitment to personal growth and a strong desire to make a difference in the world around them.

The recipients of the Randolph Communications Scholarships include:

  • Lacey Allen – Randolph Early College High School (District 1, Coleridge)
  • Cade Clewis – North Moore High School (District 3, High Falls)
  • Trevor Kirkman – Providence Grove High School (District 7, Liberty)
  • Kendall Lee – Seaforth High School (Non-member District, Pittsboro)
  • Josie Maness – North Moore High School (District 2, Bennett)
  • Lana Marley – North Moore High School (Non-member District, Robbins)
  • Walker Minton – Providence Grove High School (District 7, Liberty)
  • Isla “Izzie” Seawell – Montgomery County Early College (District 3, High Falls)
  • Ken Shibata – Uwharrie Charter Academy (District 3, High Falls)

Randolph Communications has given more than $181,000 in scholarships since 1995 through its annual scholarship program and remains committed to improving the lives of our customers and communities by providing assistance for students to reach their full potential.
