COVID-19 Phase 1 Update  | 5.13.20

To our RC customers,


Since the outbreak of COVID-19, our priority has been the safety of our customers, employees and their families. As we begin moving into Phase 1 of the Governor’s orders, we will do so thoughtfully and responsibly.


Therefore, beginning May 18, we will re-open our business office in Asheboro under the following guidelines:


  • Business Office Update. During Phase 1, in-office services will be for customers who are having computer issues and need to drop off/pick up their computer, and for customers having cell phone issues. We will continue to pick up/drop off routers on the table outside. Please call 336-879-5684 or email to schedule pick up. Lobby hours are from 9AM to 5PM.
  • Payments Only. We ask that you still utilize the drive-thru if customers are only making a payment. Customers can also make payments, make changes to your services or apply for service remotely by visiting Drive thru hours are from 8AM to 6PM.
  • Face Coverings. We ask that you wear a face covering if you are entering our business office.
  • Social Distancing. Only two customers will be allowed into the lobby at one time. Others will wait outside at a safe 6-foot distance.
  • Sanitizing. Your safety is our priority. We will be sanitizing our office after each customer visit.
