Update Your Email Settings

Randolph Telephone is in the process of improving the security and resiliency of our email offering by establishing new secured settings for our customers who use email software like Outlook or Apple Mail to access their rtmc.net, rtelco.net, and atomic.net email accounts.

No changes are necessary for accessing the webmail system.

To take advantage of the improved settings in your email software (like Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird or Apple Mail), we need you to make some changes to your email clients (such as Outlook, Apple Mail etc.)

Please take the time to review the settings on all devices that send and receive rtmc.net, rtelco.net and atomic.net emails and update the Incoming and Outgoing server names as follows:

For email accounts that end in rtmc.net:

  • Incoming Server: pop.rtmc.net or imap.rtmc.net
  • Outgoing Server: smtp.rtmc.net

For email accounts that end in rtelco.net:

  • Incoming Server: pop.rtelco.net or imap.rtelco.net
  • Outgoing Server: smtp.rtelco.net

For email accounts that end in atomic.net:

  • Incoming Server: pop.atomic.net or imap.atomic.net
  • Outgoing Server: smtp.atomic.net
