Prepaid plans require the purchase of a Randolph Wireless cell phone at full retail price. $25 activation fee applies to all new prepaid plans. Accounts remain active through the 30 day grace period following access days expiration. $25 reactivation fee will apply thereafter. Cash or credit payments accepted. Text plans and minute reloads are good through the access days related to the prepaid plan purchased. Phone and plan pricing are subject to change at any time. Minute purchases may be made at our retail locations or over the phone during our normal business hours. Balances may be adjusted at time of reload. All roaming services are blocked by default at the time of activation. One phone per account, no family share plans. Services are limited to the Randolph Wireless home network. Other restrictions may apply.
